To my dear ladies who are heartbroken because Target sold out of their Lilly Pulitzer line within minutes and all you managed to snag was a headscarf: I come to bring you hope. I have a confession to make actually…I..don't...*gulps* like Lilly Pulitzer.
DON'T X THE SCREEN.
It's just not my personal favorite look; however, those Target models looked pretty stinkin' cute. Well, whether you're a Lilly fan girl who waited in line for hours or you're confused who Lilly is and why she won a Pulitzer Prize, you can still buy a super cute spring wardrobe for an incredible bargain. One word: Walmart.
If you remember my Walmart Wardrobe post from the fall (if not click here), I was able to purchase an entire head-to-toe outfit for $50. So now that the season has (finally) changed, I decided to check out my local Walmart once again just for kicks and giggles. As you can see, I came away a winner.

I found these fun white denim, short overalls (also come in blue denim) and decided to pair them with this bright pineapple v-neck, perfect for spring! The adorable white, flowery tennis shoes seemed perfect with the look, which I tied together with some oversize gold hoops and instantly felt like Jenny from the Block. OH, I forgot to mention one little thing…the grand total. $37. Overalls, v-neck, shoes and earrings. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Dave Ramsey would be proud of me.
(I've also felt guilty for many purchases, knowing Dave was haunting my receipt.)

While every Walmart's inventory varies, I shop at the one located on Signal Mountain Rd. I did not have to wait in an insane line (please check out this Lilly shopping madness on Buzzfeed) and made it out safely within 30 minutes! If you're looking to save some money but still want a new spring outfit, give the ol' Wally World a try and share your new look with us!
