The cold front is gone and it's 80 degrees! You know what that means? We can go shopping for summer with a clear conscience!

I recently visited Chattanooga's favorite (and only) mobile boutique, Olive + Estelle, only to find the coolest dress in time to celebrate the beautiful weather. I like the edginess to this dress, and especially love the cut-out sleeves that work great with a bandeau. (It would be fun with a bright colored bandeau as well!) I already owned the heels (thank you, Target), and they really helped tie this look together.

There are so many cool boutiques and shops in Chattanooga where you can treat yourself to a new summer dress...so do it! You deserve it, lady.
