Okay ladies, I'm going through a gym rut! In mid-March, I started Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Guide (BBG) 12-week-program. I completed it and loved doing it. I grew stronger, healthier, and trimmed down my body fat. When it was time for me to start BBG 2.0, which is the second phase to Kayla's 12-week program, my work got busier and made me exhausted, I traveled out of town on days I was supposed to workout, and I chose to hang out with my boyfriend or friends instead of working out. I'm finding summertime in general is a lot tougher for me to stay focused. Anyways, I've really slacked off during BBG 2.0, but I'm not worried!

You have to enjoy life. Even if that means skipping a workout or two and eating those fries or burger every once in a while. The important part is that you bounce back into your workout routine. This is a lifestyle, not a phase. All I know is that I'm ready to hop back into it and get motivated! By doing so, I've compiled a list of my favorite workout songs to pump me up and bring back the mojo:
1.) "Drop It Low" by Ester Dean
2.) "The New Workout Plan" by Kanye West
3.) "Jai Ho!" by A.R. Rahman
4.) "King Without a Crown" by Matisyahu
5.) "Power" by Kanye West
6.) "Pretty Girl Rock" by Keri Hilson
7.) "Bottoms Up" by Keke Palmer
8.) "Work" by Iggy Azalea
9.) "4 Minutes" by Madonna
10.) "Breezeblocks" by Alt-J
I hope this play list gets you dancing all the way to the gym!
What songs pump you up to exercise?
